Greetings! This is a reminder that this Wednesday we kickoff our new Wednesday Night program at HARP! Thanks to all our cooks and volunteers!
The Wednesday Night Schedule is as follows:
- 5:45 – Dinner is served
- 6:30 – Cleanup/Breakdown
- 6:45 – Children under 2 go to the nursery, everyone else to the Sanctuary for prayer time and singing
- 7:00 – Adults: Classes / Small Groups / Ministries. Children: singing / crafts / play time
- 7:45 – Activities complete.
Our first Adult Class which will last five weeks will be a study on Evolution vs. Creation. Please feel free to invite any friends or family for this study which will help us all to “always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have.” -1 Peter 3:15.
Those in our congregation attending school, be it elementary, middle, or high school are especially encouraged to attend. Bring a friend! One of the scariest statistics today is that 75% of all children raised in Christian homes who attend public schools will reject the Christian faith by their first year of college. May this first lesson of the New Year help us keep that faith secure from the intentions of the world…
