The Abundant Blessings club takes advantage of grocery coupons combined with store sales to buy groceries for church families, church events, and outside ministries for little or no money!
“They will celebrate your abundant goodness and joyfully sing of your righteousness.” Psalm 145:7
How can you join the club? here are a few ways:
- We need coupons! These inserts are found in the Sunday Charlotte Observer. Please bring in and donate yours or perhaps buy an additional newspaper specifically for the ministry. Place these inserts in the designated “Coupons” box in the Fellowship Hall on Sunday morning.
- Clip! After the morning service of worship, join us for a few minutes to cut specific coupons from these inserts. These coupons, along with special saving opportunities that stores are offering that week will allow us to get these grocery items for next to nothing, or free!
- Shop! Take the coupons along with our specific store instructions to purchase the items some time during the week, perhaps with your regular grocery shopping.
- Gather! Bring the items back to church to store in our specially designated Club Cabinet (TBA)
- Distribute! Working with the deacons and/or the Christian Concerns Committee, the groceries can go to the church, our own church families in need, and local community ministries.
